Gaines Carter

Gaines Carter is currently an active member of both the Georgia and Michigan bars and a registered patent attorney with the USPTO. In prior private practice, Mr. Carter specialized in Intellectual Property law (patent and trademark prosecution and litigation). As a corporate attorney, he has handled litigation, intellectual property matters, contracts for manufacturing, sales, and real estate and has been involved with all aspects of corporate acquisitions and divestitures.
