Aimee Sowu

Aimee Sowu possesses extensive experience in product development and research management within the haircare industry. Currently serving as Product Development Manager at Hair Systems Inc. since January 2017, Aimee oversees company-wide R&D programs aimed at enhancing existing products and developing new technologies. Prior to this role, Aimee worked as a Liquid Labs Supervisor and R&D Technical Coordinator at Hair Systems Inc., contributing to the tracking of product development life cycles and overseeing sample requests. Aimee began the career as a Chemist, formulating haircare products from 2004 to 2006. Aimee holds an MBA from Monmouth University and a bachelor's degree from the University of Delaware.
