António Castro Caldas

António Castro Caldas is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at HAITONG since October 2014, where responsibilities include the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Previously, António held positions as Deputy Head of Human Resources, Business Manager in the CEO Office, and Business Manager for Governance and Risk at HAITONG. Prior to this, António was the Head of Change Management for Global Capital Markets at Espírito Santo Investment Bank and an Associate Manager at Accenture, where skills in Human Capital Management and multidisciplinary team leadership were honed. Early career experiences include project management roles at Siemens and GIBB Engineering and Architecture, and co-founding Interactive Bear, overseeing various operational aspects. António holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering and a Postgraduate Degree in Management Information Systems.
