Tasneem Fakie

Tasneem Fakie has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Tasneem began their career as an HR Manager at Zurich Financial Services in 1998 and worked there until 2002. Tasneem then joined Deloitte as a Senior HR Consultant from 2003 to 2004. Tasneem went on to work as an HR Manager at Mallinicks Inc from 2004 to 2008. Currently, they are employed at Webber Wentzel, where they have held multiple roles including Human Resources Operations Manager from 2008 to 2022, Interim Head of Human Resources from 2021 to 2022, and currently serves as the Head of HR Services & Reward.

Tasneem Fakie completed a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree at UCT from 1992 to 1995. In 2000 and 2001, Tasneem pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Training and Development at UCT.
