Martina Garcia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial analysis and regulatory policy. Currently serving as a Member of the Cost Benefit Analysis Panel at the Bank of England since June 2024, Martina advises on cost benefit analysis related to new and amended rules for the Prudential Regulation Authority.
