Sofia Ferro Gomes

Sofia Ferro Gomes is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in capital markets, currently serving as Executive Director at HAITONG since September 2015, after initially holding the position of Director. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Vice President at Espírito Santo Investment Bank from August 2007 to September 2015, Technician at Caixa - Banco de Investimento from May 2001 to August 2007, and Investor Relations Office at Energias de Portugal from February 2000 to May 2001. Early career involved a position as Controller at Telecel from June 1999 to February 2000. Sofia's education includes a recent completion of the Sustainable Finance program at Nova School of Business and Economics, an Executive Master's degree in Management and Banking from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, and a specialization in Financial Markets and Assets from Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa.
