Chris Xin Ren

Chris Xin Ren is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the finance sector, currently serving as Senior Vice President in the Strategy Development Department at Haitong Securities since June 2014. In this role, Chris is responsible for structuring and executing strategic M&A transactions, conducting financial analysis, due diligence, and managing processes in collaboration with various advisors. Previous experience includes an internship in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs and a Senior Associate position in M&A Transaction Services at Deloitte. Chris holds a Master of Science in Financial Services from the City University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry with a minor in Finance from The University of Hong Kong, supplemented by an exchange program at the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley.
