Rick Klau

Rick Klau is an accomplished technology executive currently serving as Chief Technology Officer and Board Member at Hajoca Corporation since November 2019. Klau co-founded Onsemble in December 2022 and took on the roles of CEO, focusing on modern software and AI tools for the trades. Previously, Klau held the position of Chief Technology Innovation Officer for the State of California from February 2021 to July 2022, earning the recognition of State Innovator of the Year. Klau's earlier experience includes a significant tenure at Google from December 2008 to October 2020, where roles encompassed Senior Operating Partner and Partner at Google Ventures, as well as Product Manager for platforms like YouTube and Google+. Klau holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Richmond School of Law and is currently a Fellow in Leadership at Leaders In Tech, set to conclude in June 2025.
