Dr. Sanga Mitra Boppudi

Dr. Sanga Mitra Boppudi currently serves as the Director of Assay Development at Hedera Dx since October 2022. Prior to this role, Dr. Boppudi worked as an NGS Biologist and Laboratory Head at Helios Dr. Horst Schmidt Kliniken Wiesbaden from May 2018 to December 2022, and was a PhD researcher focused on next-generation sequencing technologies at Otto-von-Guericke-Universität Magdeburg from February 2016 to December 2017. Early career experiences include internships at the Institute for Clinical and Molecular Immunology and the Andhra Pradesh Forensic Science Laboratory. Dr. Boppudi's educational background includes a PhD in Neurogenetics and Human Genetics, a Master of Science in Neuroscience, and another Master of Science in Human/Medical Genetics, all from esteemed institutions in Germany and India, culminating with a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology, Microbiology, and Chemistry.
