Jenni Perätalo

Jenni Perätalo has a diverse work experience, starting as a Research Assistant at the Laboratory of Strategy and International Business in 2006. Jenni then worked as an Analyst at Capgemini Finland in 2007 and later at Capgemini Consulting in 2008. In 2009, they joined BIT Research Centre as a Researcher and Master's Thesis Worker, focusing on developing business models for integrated systems. From 2010 to 2013, they worked at Capgemini Consulting as a Consultant and later as a Senior Consultant. Jenni then joined ISS Palvelut in 2013, where they served as a Project Manager until 2014. From 2014 to 2021, they worked at ISS Palvelut as an Account Director for Industry & Transport. Currently, they are the Head of Business Unit at Hakonen Solutions Oy, starting in June 2021.

Jenni Perätalo completed their M.Sc. (Tech) in Industrial Engineering and Management at Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan from 2005 to 2010. In 2008, they studied Management of Technology and Entrepreneurship at EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne). Jenni also obtained a Matriculation examination from Oulunkylän yhteiskoulu in 2005 and was an exchange student at Lycée Saint-Exupéry in 2002. Additionally, Perätalo holds a Key Account Manager Certification from ISS A/S obtained in 2015 and an IPMA Level C certification earned in January 2018. Jenni also has an ITIL Foundation (V3) certification, but the obtained details are unknown.
