Minna Lahtinen

Minna Lahtinen has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Minna is currently the Head of Human Resources at Hakonen Solutions Oy since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Lassila & Tikanoja, where they held various positions including HR Director, HR Manager, Head of HRD & HR Business Partner, and HR Business Partner & Development Manager. Minna was responsible for strategic HR planning, translating business needs into HR action plans, and implementing people initiatives to achieve business targets. Before joining Lassila & Tikanoja, Minna worked at Tieto as an HR Director and HR Manager in the Managed Services Business Area. Minna also worked at Mutual Pension Insurance Company Etera as a Specialist in Well-being at Work and at Tieto as a Business HR Manager and HR Manager in different business areas. Additionally, they have experience as a Physiotherapist in public hospitals, private clinics, and in their own self-employed practice.

Minna Lahtinen has a diverse education history. In 1991, they completed their Physiotherapy degree from the Helsingin IV Terveydenhuolto-oppilaitos / Educational Institute of Healthcare. In 1998, they obtained a BBA in Business Administration from Helia. In 2008, they earned a Master of Science (Economics and Business Administration) in Management and Organization from the University of Tampere. Lastly, in 2014, they completed a Bachelor of Social Services in Social Services from the Helsinki Metropolia University of Applied Sciences.
