Kirby Hays

Kirby Hays is the current CEO and President of Hal Hays Construction. Kirby has been with the company since 2009, starting as a Project Manager and working their way up to General Manager and then President & CEO. Under Kirby's leadership, Hal Hays Construction has become one of the most respected construction companies in the industry. Kirby has a proven track record of success in both operational and financial management, and is committed to providing the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. Kirby is a strategic thinker and problem solver, with a deep understanding of the construction industry. Kirby is a strong leader who motivates and inspires their team to achieve excellence. Kirby is passionate about their work and takes pride in being able to provide quality homes and buildings for their community.

Kirby Hays first attended Crafton Hills College, where they received an Associate's Degree in Business. Kirby then went on to study at Redlands East Valley High School. Finally, they received a certification from Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth in Building a Successful Diverse Business (BSBD).
