Maryam Batis

Maryam Batis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in infrastructure and DevOps management, currently serving as the Head of Infrastructure at HALA since September 2024. Prior to this role, Maryam held the position of DevOps Chapter Lead and Senior Manager at D360 Bank from December 2023 to August 2024. Maryam's tenure at Arab National Bank from February 2020 to November 2023 included significant contributions as Engineering Manager, where responsibilities encompassed establishing the SRE department, setting departmental strategies, and promoting a strong DevOps culture. Maryam began their career with various engineering roles, demonstrating expertise in building microservices, automating operations, and enhancing software performance. Maryam holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology and Computing from Arab Open University, earned in 2016.
