Ayman Al Malki has worked in the technology industry since 2010. Ayman began their career as a Technical Project Manager at PIMKAT in 2010. After that, they were the Tech Lead for Automate Globex Business Game, where they were responsible for transforming The Globex Business into a computer-based game. In 2011, they became a System Architect & SW Engineer at Students Online. In 2012, they Co-Founded & became the Technology Lead for Afaaq. In 2013, they joined ARK as an Information Management Expert, where they designed and developed a data management system to improve the company's ability to deliver impactful programming. In 2016, they Co-Founded & became the Chief Product Officer of Hala Systems, Inc., a social enterprise focused on technology-driven solutions to problems related to conflict, crises and natural disasters.

Ayman Al Malki has a diverse educational background. Ayman obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the Higher Institute of Business Administration in 2006-2009. Ayman then went on to receive a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the same institute in 2006-2011. In 2017-2018, they obtained certifications in Software Product Management from Coursera, Software Processes and Agile Practices from Coursera, Platform Strategy for Business from edX, Driving Digital Innovation Through Experimentation from edX, Product Management with Lean, Agile and System Design Thinking from edX, and Digital Product Management: Modern Fundamentals from Coursera. In 2019, they obtained certifications in Strategic Social Media Marketing from edX and Business Analytics for Data-Driven Decision Making from edX. Ayman also recently completed the BUx MicroMasters program in Digital Product Management from the Questrom School of Business, Boston University.
