Prasun Shrestha

Prasun Shrestha is a Jr. AI/ML Data Scientist at Hala Systems, Inc. since June 2021, with previous experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University from March 2020 to May 2021. In this role, Prasun assisted in various machine learning and data courses, managing logistics and grading while providing individual support to students. Additional experience includes internships at Teach For America and Teach for Nepal as a Data Scientist Intern and Data Analyst Intern, respectively, where Prasun developed predictive models and data dashboards. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Public Policy and Management with a focus on Data Analytics from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts from Soka University of America.
