Claudia Gerstenberg has held various front office and revenue management positions in the hospitality industry since 1993. From August 1993 to July 1996, Claudia worked at Maritim Hotelgesellschaft mbH in the Hotel- und Gaststättengewerbe. From March 1997 to December 2005 and then from May 2006 to July 2018, Claudia worked at Severin Touristik GmbH in roles such as Rezeptionistin, Stellvertretende Rezeptionsleiterin, and Front Office & Revenue Manager. Since July 2018, Claudia has been working at Halbersbacher Hospitality Group as a Resident Managerin and Revenue Manager. Claudia completed their education at WIHOGA Dortmund - School of Management in 2018, specializing in Revenue Management.
