David L. Overton

David Overton is a Regional Director at Halbert Hargrove, where David has been working since August 1999. Prior to that, David served as President at Qwon Investment Consultants. David also held the title of President Advisory Board at Strategic Connections Inc and was a member of the WPO Trusted Advisor Group. David holds a BSBA in Marketing from the University of Central Missouri and is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary from the University of Pittsburgh-affiliated Center for Fiduciary Studies.
