Grace Akingol Duggan

Grace Akingol Duggan is a seasoned development professional currently serving as a Senior Development Manager at Halcyon since January 2023. Prior experience includes various roles at Project HOPE, where responsibilities spanned Grant Writing, Donor Relations, and Development Operations from October 2019 to December 2022. Grace held multiple positions at World Food Program USA between October 2016 and October 2019, including Development Operations Manager and Coordinator.
