Catalina Daniels

Catalina Daniels is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in venture capital and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Venture Partner at Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator since January 2018, Catalina also holds roles as Chair and member of the Investment Committee at Birdhouse, and as Board Member at RESPONSUM. Additionally, Catalina is a Co-Founder of CoStart, which facilitates collaboration between corporates and startups. Since January 2016, Catalina has worked as an author and angel investor with SmartStartups, focusing on internationalization and U.S. expansion for B2B startups. Previous leadership roles include serving as CEO for Special Olympics European Eurasian Games, Sweetwell, and as a Partner at McKinsey & Company, where advisory work involved multi-year turnaround programs for major corporations. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a degree in Business Engineering from Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
