Cathy Grim

Cathy Grim is an experienced customer success leader with a career spanning over two decades in the technology sector. Currently, Cathy serves as the Vice President of Customer Success at Halcyon, beginning in March 2024. Prior to this role, Cathy held the position of Vice President of Customer Success at Rafay, where efforts were focused on driving customer adoption of Kubernetes operations. Previous roles include Vice President of Customer Success and Operations at rThreat, Senior Director of Worldwide Customer Operations at both BlackBerry and Cylance Inc., and various technical support and engineering positions at companies such as McAfee Inc. and BMC Software. Cathy's expertise includes building support teams, customer engagement, and implementing successful support models, consistently achieving high customer satisfaction ratings.
