Kevin Furgal

Kevin Furgal is an experienced legal and business professional currently serving as General Counsel at Halcyon since September 2021, where responsibilities include contract drafting, due diligence, and supporting business operations and human resources. Additionally, Kevin holds the dual role of General Counsel and CFO at STS- Squadra Technologies Services since March 2016, focusing on capital management and strategic business initiatives.
