Kieran Devenish

Kieran Devenish MRICS has had a successful career in the construction industry. Kieran started their professional journey at Metco Construction in 2009 as an Assistant Surveyor. After two years, they moved on to Christopher Smith Associates, where they served as a Quantity Surveyor from 2011 to 2016 and then became an Associate Partner until 2019. In 2019, they joined The Collective as a Project Manager and worked there until 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Associate Director - Construction at Halcyon Development Partners.

Kieran Devenish MRICS studied Quantity Surveying at Leeds Beckett University from 2008 to 2012, earning a BSC degree.
