Kevin Belling

Kevin Belling has extensive experience in procurement and strategic sourcing. Kevin is currently seeking their next challenge as a C-Suite Global Sourcing and Procurement Executive. Before this, Kevin held the position of Vice President Procurement- Americas at Haldex, where they managed a team of 25 across 6 manufacturing locations and had a spend of $300M. Prior to that, they worked at Ingersoll Rand as Vice President, Strategic Sourcing, leading a 150-member team and overseeing direct and indirect material purchases worth $3 billion. Kevin also worked as Vice President of Purchasing at ArvinMeritor, where they organized a 125-member purchasing professional team and controlled annual material purchases of $1 billion. In addition, they held the role of Sr. Director Procurement at ArvinMeritor, where they led procurement and supplier development globally, resulting in cost reductions of $90M. Kevin began their career as a Commodity Manager Procurement at ArvinMeritor and as a Subcontract Administrator Procurement at General Dynamics Land Systems.

Kevin Belling obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management and Economics from Oakland University, where they studied from 1977 to 1982. Later, between 1998 and 2000, they attended Walsh College and earned a Master of Science in Management with a focus on Economics and Finance.
