Rouble Kataria has extensive work experience in the food industry, with a focus on innovation, quality control, and operations. Rouble started their career as a Job Trainee & Executive at Nestle in 1999. Rouble then worked as a Senior Executive in Quality Control at Nirula's in 2002. Following this, they joined Haldirams as a Manager in QA and R&D, where they stayed until 2006. During their time at Haldirams, they were responsible for quality assurance and research and development.

In 2002, Rouble Kataria also worked at Mrs. Bector's Food Specialities Ltd. as a Manager in Operations (R&D / QA). Here, they were involved in innovation and setting up food safety systems. Rouble was a dedicated resource for McDonald's innovation projects.

In 2006, Rouble Kataria joined Yum Restaurants India Pvt Ltd as a Senior Manager in QA & Technical. Rouble held this position until 2011, during which they focused on ensuring quality and technical aspects of the company's operations. Rouble then transitioned to the role of Head of Food Innovations at Yum! Restaurants International, where they worked until 2014. In this role, they led strategic innovation projects on ingredients and processes for KFC, Pizza Hut, and Taco Bell India. Rouble was also involved in developing patents for Yum India in critical ingredients.

Finally, Rouble Kataria joined Haldiram Snacks Pvt. Ltd. in 2014 as the Vice President of Innovations & Training. In this role, they have been responsible for driving innovation and providing training within the organization.

Rouble Kataria pursued a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Food Technology and Processing from Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University from 1993 to 1996. Subsequently, from 1997 to 1999, Kataria obtained an M Tech degree in Food Technology from Chaudhary Charan Singh University. During the same period, Kataria also completed an MSc degree in Food Technology from Guru Jambheshwar University.
