Vishesh Hemani

Vishesh Hemani has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Vishesh started their career as a Digital Marketing Trainee at NIHT INFOSOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED in 2020. Vishesh then worked as a Sales and Marketing Intern at Tenovia, where they assisted in sales pitch presentations for clients and learned about brand development.

In 2020, Vishesh also worked as a Category Manager Intern at Urban Company, where they focused on the supply side of the "Spa for Women" and "Massage for Men" category. Vishesh oversaw the onboarding of new massage professionals and supported them throughout their journey.

Continuing their career at Urban Company in 2021, Vishesh served as a Business Development Associate, contributing to the company's growth and development. Vishesh then joined Haldiram's as a Sales Associate, where they gained experience in retail marketing and distributor management.

Currently, Vishesh is working at Haldiram Snacks Pvt. Ltd. as a Sales Development Coordinator. Vishesh is responsible for driving the development and growth of various trade channels, including General Trade, Modern Trade, and Quick Commerce. Vishesh'srole involves building distributors, managing market coverage, resolving discrepancies, and executing retail marketing strategies.

Vishesh Hemani completed their secondary education at St. Xavier's Collegiate School in India from 2007 to 2019, where they obtained their ISC degree in Business/Commerce. Following that, they pursued higher education at St. Xavier's College (Autonomous) in Kolkata from 2019 to 2022, earning a B.Com (H) degree with a focus on Marketing. In addition to their formal education, Vishesh also obtained several certifications, including being an Entrepreneurship Finalist from the Entrepreneurship Development Cell at SXC in March 2022, a certification in Search Engine Optimization from Semrush in March 2021, a Marketing Finalist certification from Enactus in October 2020, and a certification in Microsoft Excel from Jatan Shah in October 2020.
