Karina Sundbæk

Karina Sundbæk has held various roles throughout their work experience. Karina is currently the VP and Head of Group Finance & Facility at Haldor Topsoe A/S since May 2021. In addition to their current position, they serve as an Advisory Board Member at CostBits since September 2022 and as a Board Member at Northern Industries A/S since January 2022. Previously, Karina worked as the SVP Group Finance at DS NORDEN from August 2017 to April 2021. Karina also held positions such as Director Group Finance/Koncernregnskabschef at Coop Danmark from October 2012 to July 2017, and as the Group Accounting and Controlling Manager/Koncernøkonomichef at DLH Group from October 2009 to September 2012. Karina has additional experience as an educator, having worked as an Accounting Instructor at Confex from April 2010 to May 2011 and as an External Accounting Instructor at Roskilde Handelsskole from May 2009 to August 2010.

Karina Sundbæk completed their education at various institutions. Karina attended Tornbjerg Gymnasium from 1990 to 1993 and obtained their Student degree with a focus on mathematics. Later, from 1996 to 2000, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in HD (R) at Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark. Subsequently, they studied at Copenhagen Business School between 2001 and 2003, where they earned a Master's degree in CMA. In 2021, Karina Sundbæk completed the Board education program at CBS Bestyrelsesuddannelserne.
