Kasper Neerup Villumsen

Kasper Neerup Villumsen has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Kasper is currently the Head of Business Partnering, Global Supply Chain at Topsoe, a position they have held since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Director at Royal Unibrew from November 2021 to April 2023.

From October 2018 to October 2021, Kasper was the Head of HR Denmark & Corporate Functions at Satair. Before that, they worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at Carlsberg Group from December 2015 to October 2018.

Kasper also has experience as an HR Director at Napatech from August 2014 to December 2015, where they had global HR responsibilities and was part of the leadership team. Kasper played a key role in establishing and maintaining global HR policies and concepts, as well as developing leaders at all levels.

Earlier in their career, Kasper worked as a Global Program Manager/Consultant at Global Mindset from November 2013 to July 2014. Kasper also served as a Regional Learning and Development Manager at Maersk Line from December 2011 to December 2013.

Kasper's professional journey began as a Key Account Manager at Radiocom Danmark A/S from January 2009 to December 2011. Prior to that, they gained valuable leadership skills as an Army Officer, Captain in the Danish Army from June 2006 to December 2008, and as an Army Officer, First Lieutenant from June 2002 to June 2005.

Kasper Neerup Villumsen has a degree in Military and Strategic Leadership from the Royal Danish Military Academy, which they obtained in 2006. Prior to that, they completed Basic Officers Training at the same academy from 1999 to 2002, earning the rank of First Lieutenant. In 1997 to 1998, Kasper studied Arabic language and religion at the University of Copenhagen. Earlier, they attended Høje Taastrup Amtsgymnasium, a high school, from 1991 to 1994.
