Mathias Kirkegaard

Mathias Kirkegaard is an experienced R&D Manager at Haldor Topsoe A/S since January 2013, leading various teams focused on catalyst development, technology testing, and operational safety across multiple lab facilities. Mathias has managed global projects and implemented improvements in workflows and overall equipment effectiveness in production plants. Prior to this, Mathias co-founded Light Design ApS, a lighting rental and project management company. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from the Engineering College of Copenhagen, along with specialization in innovative idea development and a European Project Semester. Additional experience includes roles as a volunteer sea rescuer and as a project manager in various capacities throughout early career stages.
