Olga Noskova

Olga Noskova is a seasoned professional in market development and business strategy with extensive experience in the energy and technology sectors. Currently, Olga serves as the Director - Head of Market Development, Power-to-X at Topsoe, focusing on innovative green energy solutions for hard-to-abate sectors. Previously, Olga held leadership roles at Danfoss, including Director - Head of Strategy, Portfolio & Business Development, and Senior Manager - Strategy & M&A, where responsibilities encompassed business development, M&A activities, and team leadership. Prior experience includes strategic positions at Ørsted in Bioenergy and Offshore Wind, as well as roles in commercial partnership and business development at notable companies such as Elizabeth Arden and L'Oréal.
