Stefan Klink

Stefan Klink serves as the Chief Engineer for Alkaline Power-to-X at Topsoe, a global leader in decarbonization technology and services since July 2022. Previously, Stefan held roles such as Deputy Head of Module Engineering for Green Hydrogen at thyssenkrupp nucera and also at thyssenkrupp from 2015 to 2022, progressing from Senior Lead Process Engineer in Alkaline Water Electrolysis. Prior experience includes a Senior Scientist position at Ruhr-Universität Bochum, specializing in electrochemical sensors and energy conversion, as well as a Doctoral Researcher role focused on battery science. Additional consulting experience in energy storage and research roles in microfluidics further contribute to Stefan's expertise in electrochemistry, supported by an educational background that includes a Ph.D. and a Master’s degree from Ruhr University Bochum, alongside studies in Analytical Chemistry at Lund University.
