Vedrana Matic

Vedrana Matic is an experienced Information and Data Manager at Topsoe, leading efforts in the SOEC Herning Plant Development since October 2023. Prior to this, Vedrana served as PMO Manager at Sweco, overseeing the Energy Island North Sea Project and successfully implementing a new Document Management System and streamlined project processes. With a background in project management from Thales and DONG Energy, accomplishments include developing standardized project reporting frameworks and enhancing risk management processes. Vedrana's earlier roles involved supporting EU agricultural policy at Miljø- og Fødevareministeriet and serving as Attaché during COP 15.
