Alex Hancock is a senior data and digital leader with extensive experience in analytics and consulting across various sectors. Currently serving as Head of Data & Digital at Haleon, Alex is responsible for overseeing product data, digital solutions, and data quality within the Quality Supply Chain. Prior to this, Alex worked at Tata Consultancy Services as Engagement Director, focusing on business development for Energy, Resources, and Utilities clients. At Deloitte, Alex served as Associate Director, leading a Data Science Guild, and previously held various roles at Shell, including Global IT Manager for Data & Analytics, where significant data initiatives were led. Alex's career also includes experience as a Business Modelling Consultant at IBM, an Officer in the British Army, and a Lecturer at Liverpool John Moores University. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Psychology from the University of York and a BSc in Biology from the University of Dundee, along with professional certification from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
