Brooke Finlayson

Brooke Finlayson has extensive work experience in various roles related to talent management, learning and development, and human resources. Brooke is currently the VP & Global Head of Talent at Haleon, starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Mondelēz International from 2010 to 2022, holding positions such as Chief Learning Officer, Global Commercial Capability Lead, Director of Talent & Organizational Effectiveness, and HR Business Lead.
