Candace Barnes, MBA, PMP, currently serves as VP and Global Head of Diversity, Talent & Culture at Papa Johns, overseeing DEI, talent acquisition, management, and cultural engagement. Previously, Candace held the role of VP, Global Head of DEI & Culture at CALIBR Global Leadership Network, focusing on supporting the advancement of mid-to-senior level African-American executives. Candace has extensive experience at Rockwell Automation, where leadership positions included Director of Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Programs, and roles focused on talent acquisition and supplier diversity. Additionally, Candace founded Life Authentically Coaching & Consulting, LLC, dedicated to empowering professional women in their careers. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Supply Chain & Operations and a BA in Business Administration from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
