Dean Blackman

Dean Blackman is an experienced supply chain professional with a focus on over-the-counter (OTC) categories. Since July 2022, Dean has served as the Category Supply Chain Head for OTC at Haleon. Prior to this role, Dean accumulated extensive experience at GSK from September 2005 to July 2022, holding various positions including Category Supply Chain Head for OTC, Head of Pharmaceutical and Vaccines Categories in Procurement, and Senior Director of Primary Packaging Procurement. Dean began a career in the industry at Esso as a Process Development Engineer and progressed through several engineering and managerial roles at ICI, Ineos, and Eli Lilly and Company, showcasing a solid foundation in engineering and supply chain management.
