Luis Fuentes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research and development, process optimization, and business consulting. Currently serving as SVP of R&D Process Development, Technology Innovation, and Productivity at Mondelēz International since June 2023, Luis leads initiatives in process design and technology advancement. As a Franchise and Business Consultant at EZ Franchise Solutions since April 2017, Luis aids clients in exploring franchising opportunities for financial success. Previous roles include Vice President of R&D Global Operations and Vice President of R&D Materials & Process Development at Coty, where Luis managed operations, enhanced data management, and drove innovation in product materials. Prior experience includes leadership in quality assurance and product development at Principle Business Enterprises, and ownership of HOODZ of Greater Cincinnati, where strategic business goals were established. Luis holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemical Engineering with a focus on Food Processing and Pharmaceutical Technologies from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
