Henrik Ranzau Hansen

Henrik Ranzau Hansen is an experienced leader in Human Resources and HR Information Technology with a strong background in global people services and HR transformation. Currently serving as the Global Head of People Services & HR Transformation at Haleon since January 2024, Henrik previously held various senior positions at Philips, including VP Global Head of Integrated People Services, where responsibilities included overseeing HR operations, compliance, and transformation projects. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Medtronic, Zurich Financial Services, Nestlé, and ARINSO International, focusing on HR information systems and global HR project management. Henrik holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Lincoln and a BSc in Business Administration from Aarhus University.
