Hiba Samaha is a seasoned professional in procurement and innovation, currently serving as the Director of R&D and Innovation Procurement at Haleon since July 2022. Previously, Hiba held the position of Director Procurement R&D and Innovation at GSK from August 2019 to July 2022, focusing on procurement innovation to enhance the company's consumer healthcare pipeline. Hiba's extensive experience at Pfizer spans various roles, including Procurement Global Lead R&D, Growth & Innovation, and Senior Category Strategy Manager, where responsibilities included managing procurement strategies, supporting revenue growth, and sourcing raw materials. Hiba began her career at Pfizer in quality assurance and control before advancing in procurement. Academic qualifications include an M.Sc. in Biochemistry from McGill University and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the American University of Beirut.
