Igal Geron

Igal Geron currently serves as the Global Head of People Data & Analytics at Haleon, where responsibilities include establishing the People Analytics Center of Excellence and creating a data-driven HR ecosystem aligned with business objectives. Previously, Igal held various roles at Philip Morris International, culminating in the position of Head of People Analytics - Business Intelligence, where a team was built to produce in-house analytics solutions. Igal's extensive experience encompasses talent management analytics, organizational development, and compensation planning across multiple regions and functions. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Koç University.
