Joe Sta-Romana

Joe Sta-Romana serves as the Chief Customer Officer for Haleon in the U.S. since December 2024, bringing extensive experience from previous leadership roles at Unilever and Procter & Gamble. At Unilever, Joe held several prominent positions, including Senior Vice President of the Walmart Global Team and Head of the Walmart Consumables Team, overseeing customer development across several categories. Prior to Unilever, Joe's career at Procter & Gamble spanned over 13 years, where responsibilities included leading category development for major retailers and managing global innovation strategies. Joe's military background as a Captain in the United States Army, combined with a strong educational foundation from prestigious institutions such as the United States Military Academy at West Point and the Wharton School, further enhances leadership credentials.
