Previously, they worked at GSK as the Head of Global Benefits for Consumer Healthcare, where they also led a team in developing benefits strategies and overseeing operations. Additionally, they worked at Maersk Data as a Consultant, focusing on Benefits, and at Prudential Financial as a Sr. Systems Analyst and Systems Team Lead. Their responsibilities in these roles included system design, testing, and management of benefit programs.
Kimberly Pecina holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Fairleigh Dickinson University, with a focus on Business Administration and Management. Kimberly also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware.
