Kimberly Pecina

Kimberly Pecina has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Kimberly is currently the Head of Global Benefits at Haleon, where they lead a team of 8+ employees in designing and implementing global benefits strategies for over 22,000 employees in 54+ markets. Previously, they worked at GSK as the Head of Global Benefits for Consumer Healthcare, where they also led a team in developing benefits strategies and overseeing operations. Kimberly also held various roles at Pfizer, including Senior Director of Human Resources and Director of HR Lead for different divisions within the company. Additionally, they worked at Maersk Data as a Consultant, focusing on Benefits, and at Prudential Financial as a Sr. Systems Analyst and Systems Team Lead. Their responsibilities in these roles included system design, testing, and management of benefit programs.

Kimberly Pecina holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Fairleigh Dickinson University, with a focus on Business Administration and Management. Kimberly also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware. Prior to that, they earned their High School Diploma from Toms River High School North.
