Sylvain Bonnet Garcia

Sylvain Bonnet Garcia currently serves as the VP, Head of Strategy, Performance & Portfolio for EMEA & LATAM at Haleon since September 2025. Prior to this role, Sylvain held several positions at Sanofi, including VP, Global General Manager for Allergy/Allegra/Telfast and VP, Global Head of Digestive Wellness. Sylvain's career at Haleon began in July 2018 as Global Head of Strategy for Consumer Healthcare Categories, following previous roles at Suntory Holdings Limited focused on eCommerce and marketing in Health Supplements. Earlier experience includes significant positions at Procter & Gamble, where Sylvain was the Global Brand Director for Pampers and managed various initiatives in emerging markets. Sylvain holds a Master’s in International Industrial Management from HEC Paris and an Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering from Ecole Nationale d'Ingénieurs de Tarbes. Additionally, studies in Mechanical Engineering were completed at Luleå University of Technology.
