Rick Searns

Rick Searns is a co-founder of Haley Marketing Group, Inc., a staffing industry specialist that helps staffing and recruiting firms gain a competitive advantage. Rick was also the CEO and co-founder of Talmax, a developer of software for sourcing and screening job candidates, but the company is no longer in business. Additionally, Rick served as CEO of Key Resource Group.
