Jeff Arnold

Jeff Arnold has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. Jeff is currently the President of Haley Residential, a position they have held since May 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at United Group of Companies for nine years, overseeing the development, acquisition, and management of various real estate assets. Before that, they were the Senior Vice President of Operations at Innovative Student Housing from 2010 to 2014. Jeff also has experience as a Regional Supervisor at Asset Living from 2004 to 2010, and as a Property Manager at GMH Properties from 2001 to 2003. Jeff began their career at DTI Investments in 1994, where they worked as a Property Manager for seven years.

Jeff Arnold holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Stephen F. Austin State University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained the Certified Property Manager (CPM) certification from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in March 2018. Jeff is also certified as an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) by IREM. Furthermore, they have additional certifications in HVAC and holds a Texas Real Estate License.
