Jeffrey Bruce

Jeffrey Bruce, PE, is a Senior Project Geotechnical Engineer with extensive experience in the field of civil engineering. Currently at Haley & Aldrich since September 2020, Jeffrey previously held the same title at Hart Crowser from July 2015 to September 2020. Jeffrey's background includes academic roles at the University of Washington, serving as a Graduate Student, Grader, and Laboratory Instructor for various engineering courses between June 2014 and June 2015. His field experience began as a Field Engineer at Kiewit from June 2012 to May 2014, with an earlier role as a Field Engineer Summer Intern in 2011. Additionally, Jeffrey gained experience as a Bridge Design Intern at PennDOT in 2010. Jeffrey holds a Master of Science in Geotechnical Engineering from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University.
