Michelle Boifort

Michelle Boifort has over 20 years of professional experience in the beauty and cosmetics industry. Michelle began their career in 1998 as a Senior Consultant in the Corporate Restructuring Group at Arthur Andersen. In 2000, they moved to Lehman Brothers as an Investment Banking Analyst in the M&A Communications Media Technology Group. In 2002, they joined Estee Lauder Group of Companies as a Marketing Analyst for the Origins Brand. From 2003 to 2009, they held the role of International Business Development, Strategy, Sales and Brand Manager at Bare Escentuals. From 2009 to 2014, they were the Strategy Manager at Bare Escentuals. In 2014, they moved to Perricone MD as the International Marketing and Sales Manager. In 2017, they joined One Two Cosmetics as the Director of Marketing and Business Development and DHC USA Incorporated as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing. In 2022, they became the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at HALEYS Beauty.

Michelle Boifort obtained a BS in Business Administration from the Walter A. Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
