Diana McGrail

Diana McGrail is currently a Project Manager at Half Helix. Prior to that, they were an E-Commerce Operations Manager at Dims. from September 2020 to October 2021. In that role, they led product launch execution across e-commerce platforms—product page setup on headless storefront, Shopify+ setup, merchandising on homepage and collections pages, SKU setup and fulfillment management in Skubana and Shipstation. Diana also performed daily website maintenance and quality assurance—reviewed HTML/CSS errors on Netlify to troubleshoot and fix within CMS. Additionally, they utilized Heap Analytics and HotJar to assess website performance and made data-driven decisions to improve UX and conversion. Diana also managed UX/UI agency relationships, acted as a liaison and project manager to ensure site updates were prioritized and implemented in a timely manner. Diana also worked closely with COO to implement and design scalable product launch, CX, and operations processes. Furthermore, they collaborated with marketing and product team to ensure that team members had a clear framework and all necessary information and resources for product launches. Lastly, they managed 3PL and manufacturing partner relationships, took a proactive approach to fulfillment to avoid logistics delays and ensure positive customer experience.

Diana McGrail holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism and Media Production from Washington State University. Diana also holds a certification in English Language and Literature, General from Richmond, The American International University in London. In addition, they are certified by edX in Web Accessibility and Heap in Heap Administrator Certification and Heap Foundations Certified.
