Connie Harrolle

Connie Harrolle, MBA, has extensive experience in strategy and implementation within the healthcare and marketing sectors. Currently serving in the Enterprise Strategy & Transformation role at UMass Memorial Health since September 2021, Connie has previously worked as a Medical Technology Implementation Strategist at Heidelberg Engineering and as an EHR Implementation Lead at MEDITECH. Additional experience includes consulting roles at Aetna, CVS Health, and Bauman Group Inc., with a focus on marketing, project management, and technology rollout. Connie holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on International Business and Marketing from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Providence College.
