Bill Hicks is a seasoned civil engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Halff since January 2016, Bill previously held the position of Associate Vice President and Senior Project Manager at Lochner from May 2011 to December 2015, and served as Project Manager and Project Engineer at Bucher, Willis & Ratliff Corporation from June 1998 to May 2011. Earlier in Bill’s career, experience included working as an Engineer Assistant at the Texas Department of Transportation, focusing on PS&E for IH 20 rehabilitation projects. Bill earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Louisiana Tech University between 1994 and 1997, following studies at The University of Texas at Austin from 1992 to 1994.
