Laura Endres

Laura Endres serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of the Americas at Medtronic, leading the commercial team across the US, Canada, and Latin America to achieve sales success and profitable growth. Prior to this role, Laura held various senior positions at Dexcom, including Senior Vice President of North America Channels and Payors, where significant contributions included delivering 23% year-over-year revenue growth in the US and overseeing a team generating billions in revenue. Laura's extensive experience includes leadership roles in Canada, APAC, and LATAM, driving innovative go-to-market strategies that have consistently surpassed revenue and market share objectives. Earlier career experiences include roles at Ventus Medical, Johnson & Johnson, and Price Waterhouse. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Arizona and is pursuing Executive Leadership at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
