Laura Endres

Laura Endres is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of the Americas at Medtronic since March 2025, Laura leads the commercial team across the US, Canada, and Latin America, focusing on sales success and profitable growth. Previously, at Dexcom from September 2021 to January 2025, Laura held multiple senior leadership roles, including Senior Vice President of North America Channels and Payors, where innovative go-to-market strategies were implemented to drive profitability and brand awareness. Laura also managed significant revenue growth as Senior Vice President of North America Revenue, overseeing a large team and delivering billions in revenue. Earlier roles include leadership positions at Ventus Medical and Johnson & Johnson, with foundational experience as a Staff Auditor at Price Waterhouse. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Arizona and has completed an Executive Leadership program at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
